Stock photos from Bewitching Book Covers, LLC are primarily for book covers, and for marketing materials related to those book covers. They may also be used for digital artwork. They are NOT for use by corporate businesses, websites, magazines, or any other purpose except those in the licensing terms. They also may NOT be used in any manner that is pornographic, libelous, or otherwise illegal or offensive. All licenses are non-exclusive. All copyright for stock photos licensed remains with Bewitching Book Covers, LLC, and follows all applicable copyright law.
DIGITAL ONLY LICENSE - $12
The Digital Only License covers use for artwork & book covers intended for digital use only.
* For single use in one book cover or artwork (This does not include premade covers - purchase Standard License for premades)
* May be used in marketing, website, or promotional materials for that book, provided:
* Unlimited digital sales
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
STANDARD LICENSE - $20
The Standard License covers most uses for authors and designers.
* Royalty free, non-exclusive license
* For single use in one book cover or artwork
* May be used in marketing, website, or promotional materials for that book, provided:
- Materials are only related to the single book cover for which the Standard License is granted
- Printed materials are intended as free giveaway items and are not for sale (i.e., bookmarks)
* Unlimited digital sales, Print runs up to 500,000 (must contact for license upgrade if print impressions exceed 500,000)
* Designers may use license to create a premade book cover, single sale only (no templates)
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Licensee may not:
a. Use work in a manner that is pornographic, libelous, or otherwise illegal.
b. Incorporate the work or any portion of the work into a logo, trademark, or service mark.
c. Distribute or upload the images online in a way that they can be downloaded, extracted, or duplicated in their original format.
EXTENDED LICENSE - $100
The Extended License is for authors and publishers who expect large print runs of 500,000 or greater, as well as those who wish to create printed materials for sale (i.e. Art Prints, Bookmarks, Mugs, T-Shirts, etc).
* Royalty free, non-exclusive license
* Use in multiple projects allowed
* May be used for items intended for sale (i.e., Art Prints, Bookmarks, Mugs, T-Shirts, etc)
* Unlimited digital sales and print runs
* Designers may use license to create premade book covers for multiple sales and template creation
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Licensee may not:
a. Use work in a manner that is pornographic, libelous, or otherwise illegal.
b. Incorporate the work or any portion of the work into a logo, trademark, or service mark.
c. Distribute or upload the images online in a way that they can be downloaded, extracted, or duplicated by others in their original format.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
* For uses aside from book covers and digital artwork, such as commercial advertising, corporate business, website usage, marketing, logos, trademarks, etc.
